Wet N Wild Comfort Zone Palette: Swatches & Review
I picked this up yesterday since Wet N wild was 40% off making this $3! It retails for $5 but usually there are coupons or sales.
There are 8 shadows and a double ended sponge/brush. No mirror just a plastic lid.
It is sealed so that you know that no one messed with the shadows. This is the neutral comfort zone palette.
There are like two mini palettes in one. Each side can be used to crease a look or you can mix and match using different colors in this or other shadows.
The browbone, eyelid, and crease are all soft shimmery shades that are very true to the pan.
The Definer is a matte deep brown (darker than the pan) with glitter in it.
Browbone 1: A shimmery off white almost yellow shade.
Eyelid 1: A rose gold shimmer that is creamy and so smooth.
Crease 1: Shimmery slightly warm brown. Reminds me of the crease shade in the walking on eggshells trio.
Definer 1: A deep matte brown, slightly dry, with some subtle silver glitters.
The second half has a shimmery browbone, eyelid, and definer shade.
The crease shade is another matte (dry) shade with some unnoticeable glitter.
Browbone 2: An almost silver taupe shimmer shade. For me it is a better eyelid than browbone shade.
Eyelid 2: A wearable light green shimmer. Smooth and silky.
Crease 2: A matte blackish shade with a lot less glitter than it looks like in the pan.
Definer 2: A lovely shimmery duo chrome. A red toned brown in one light and a blue green in another.
Here's a better picture to show the duo chrome.
- Shimmer shades are high quality and very smooth
- The two mattes with minor glitter are a little on the dry side
- Obsessed with the duo chrome can't wait to use it on my eyes. Reminds me of the one in my smashbox palette.
- Includes a rose gold shade!
- very affordable
