Pixi Brightening Peach Correction Concentrate Review

This is a pricier "Drugstore" item and can only be found at target. It was $12 and claimed to be a correcter, and I wanted to give it a try. It is the first thing I have ever tried from the brand Pixi by Petra.  The packaging first off is so nice and very girly and pretty! Here are a list of ingredients. The claims:
Instantly erases dark circlesBlends magically into skin toneVitamins: A, C, & E and Rose Hip ExtractNot tested on animals

It is in the shade "Brightening Peach" (The only shade available) It is a very peachy color that would suit most skin tones.
I use it before my other face products and usually top it with a skintone concealerIt has a slightly thick texture, a little goes a long wayDoes correct dark circles, mostly but not entirelyDoesn't crease if set with powder Overall, I do enjoy this product. Even when I use it with another concealer, and set with powder it doesn't look cakey. It blends into the skin counter acting dark circles. I'…

SinfulColors Back To School Collection: A Class Act

Hey everyone, I just want to preface this review by saying that the following products were sent to me for review; However, all opinions are my own. These polishes are not out yet but will be available in August & September 2015 They are a limited edition line, available at Walgreens and other places SinfulColors is sold. The price on these babies is only $1.99 each.  These are the 10 shades I chose and was sent out of the full line. They will be swatched in this order, and reviewed individually below.
(2 coats) "Chalk White" Mostly opaque in one, two for maximum coverage Demi-Matte Finish

(1 coat) Fully opaque in one coat "Creamy metallic silver" Regular Finish

(4 coats) Steaky 1st coat, mostly opaque 2nd coat, 3rd made no difference, and 4th was fully opaque "Soft Touch of Pastel Yellow" The peach in the name doesn't make sense for a yellow Demi-Matte Finish

(3 coats) Very sheer 1st coat, slightly more coverage on 2nd, mostly opaque 3rd "P…

E.l.f Long-lasting Lustrous Eyeshadow in Toast: Review & Swatch

For a while this product was hyped up due to it's eyeshadow topping abilities. It is a cream type eyshadow that retails for $3 from elf cosmetics, similar in texture to colourpop supershock shadows. Due to the consistency the application is best applied by fingertip. There should be a sticker on the bottom saying 'Toast' for the shade name,  but mine didn't come with one. The pigmentation is not amazing, but it is a nice eyeshadow topperIt would crease if it's worn on it's ownThe packaging is nice and simple, and mine has yet to dry outI prefer the colourpop formula over this, even though those are $2 more Overall, It is a thin glittery product that has a mousse texture then sets. It wears averagely, and only looks nice as a topper. The pigmentation is thin, can see skin through it. As a topper, it provides an added sparkle. Price is very affordable, but Colourpop has much better pigmentation.

Too Faced HangoverRx Primer: Review

Is this product worth $32? Today I'm reviewing the Too Faced Hangover Rx. It is indeed $32 available anywhere Too Faced is sold. It so far is only one formula, and it claims a lot. Cute pink and white packaging  Claims: smoother radiant hydrated "full night's rest" Mainly water but also contains ingredients good for the skin like  coconut water, electrolytes, and probiotics. Pump tube, clear product
More than 1 Oz product1.35 Oz Silicone-freeGood for sensitive skinSmoothness:Especially on dry skinCreates a layer that immediately softens the skinRadianceNot as noticeableDoesn't make you greasy, just "healthy" lookingHydratedFor sure!It is more of a moisturizer than a primerFull Night's restNot too sure about this oneIt can make you feel awake Slightly cooling Overall, It is like a super thin watery moisturizer, doesn't fill in lines or pores. I most highly recommend it to those who have dry skin. I tried this on a friend who's skin is dry and…

Simple Everyday Makeup + Pinky Coral Lips | Makeup Tutorial | YouTube video

Description: This is the first video I've uploaded, it is a simple makeup look. The skin is not too cakey, or "fake" looking. It is a naturally enhancing look, the only drama is a pop of color on the lips. The majority of the products are affordable, and the steps are easy to follow. There are no lashes or liner involved, and only one lip product was applied.

The description box on YouTube, also contains the following list of products used:

Milani Stay Put Brow Color: Review, Swatch, and Demo

Milani has done it again! This is essentially a brow pomade. The range includes 5 shades, retailing at only $6.99.  This product is already up on the milani site, and I found mine a few weeks ago in-stores.  I bought mine in the second shade, 02 Natural Taupe "Light Taupe for Golden Blonde to Light Ash Brown Hair" Comes with it's own brush More on the"golden blonde" side
Here I used it in my brows The brushAngled side:Average angled brush, not too flimsy, great for filling in browsSpoolie side:A little harsh, not as good at spreading the brow product aroundGoes on as a creamSets into place, doesn't move throughout the dayIn some lights this shade looks a little too warm, in other lights a green tingeOverall a fairly good color matchAffordable alternative to say Dipbrow by Anastasia Beverly HillsA little product goes a long wayWon't run out for a long time Overall, This is a great brow product, at a great price! It's not the kind of product that has a…

Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder: Review + Demo

I've been on the hunt for a holy grail setting powder...and I think this is it! This retails for $37 in the full size; rather pricey compared to drugstore powders. I've had mine for at least a month now, and still show no signs of running out anytime soon. It is translucent  Frosted plastic packaging 1 Oz size Plastic tab when new Does not get cakey, even under the eyes
Keeps the skin set all day on my normal skinConcealer has never creased when wearing thisCan be used for "baking" or "cooking" the facePlacing a thick layer of powder down, letting it set, and then brushing it awayIs actually translucentDoes not make face oxidizeSilky, without feeling silicone likeContains mostly "cashmere talc" instead of siliconesHas not made me break out at allCan be applied with a puff or brushOil free Overall, I love this powder! It is not nearly as silicone based; yet, it gives a flawless appearance. It sets my makeup for all day wear, I personally do not nee…

I personally was disappointed with the original Lorac Unzipped, and did not have high hopes for this one. I ordered it online, on a whim. After owning this for a few months...I couldn't be happier!
